This really should be higher priority. It's 2022, I probably spend equal
amount of time adjusting my social media notification settings as I do
posting on it! It's critical to functionality, processes, and removing
the noise. Any more updates?
Trying to push this up the chain We would like this to not be the
default as well. We have a very small subset of users who actually
generate proofs - less than 10%. It will now be more work for us to go
through users and unselect this option as there also isn't any reporting
for this feature.
I am happy to report that this has been released to production! You
should be able to create custom conditions as well as change the labels
for the built in conditions from access Setup -> Project Preferences ->

Having a dropdown tool menu makes limited sense considering the large
amount of real estate at the top of the screen. It would be great if the
default setting were the expanded markup tools. It would help some of
our "low information users" who are incapable of clicking on the
dropdown menu because I don't know why.
Yeah we did the walk-arounds too. We did it for two weeks checking on
every user (we only had around 100 at the time). It was extremely
valuable as a lot of people had questions but never important enough for
them to reach out. So by going to them we were able to help them be more
efficient and comfortable. And less likely to gripe I highly recommend
