This was the exact same feedback that I received from my own users. Another issue with the email is that the "See it in Workfront" hyperlink does not take users directly to the update being commented on, but rather just to the tasks tab on the project rather than the updates tab.

I was hoping to add my voice to this to say that a calendar export feature would be much appreciated. We were surprised to see that this wasn't already an option. It would be helpful if we were able to export specific timeframes from the calendar report. Such as a month or, six weeks, etc.

This is one of the things people at our Agency bring up consistently. I would love to see this feature enabled for task, issue, and project descriptions, as well as updates and custom forms! similar to what I can do in this comment field! :)
