This in my opinion is how the dashboard area should be configurable - more than 'just' a series of reports.

Agrees with above feedback - this should be a custom setting within the Team setup area. This lack of control and oversight is also limiting adaption by a couple of my departments here to boot.

As stated above - lets just get rid of the Subject line all together! I believe it should be an option at least! Actually better yet the system should generate the "subject" as in either take the name of the request queue and give options to add a number sequence, date/time, submitter etc etc... ...

Or a better option to have Workfront host/create an account per queue -- as I assume some larger companies may not want to allow Workfront to access Exchange...

also the ability to replace the "help?" ballon with the ability to populate the field with the help/directions etc... and once a person starts entering into the field - the help data is removed. and the ability to use WYSIWYG formatting to layout of the form...
