  • Thanks, David. I'll keep that in mind if this happens again. Our default is "automatic" for the Summary Completion Mode and considering your info, I'll keep it this way.

Usually, when all the child tasks are marked complete the parent task also turns to complete. In a current schedule this is not happening. Can anyone tell me why? Any idea are much appreci...

Oh - ok! I get it - sorry, a little slow on the uptake here. :) That just might work as I could create a separate "psuedo project" of deliverables. I'll have to put this idea out to our group to see what they think, but I'm optimistic. Thanks to all!!!

Thanks, Doug. For the way we work, this info has to be at the project level. We are a creative/editorial group within the company. Our deliverables are print pieces, emails, web pages, etc. While I could upload an Excel doc to the project, I'd rather be able to input the data directly into a for...

I'm looking to incorporate our project deliverables in Workfront. Currently we use an Excel spreadsheet with the following columns: Type of deliverable, name of deliverable, number of versions, ship date, date to IS, live date (put up/take down for web). I was thinking I could do this with a custo...

  • Ok. Thanks! That solves my problem for new projects. Is there no way to stop them from making assignments on existing projects?
