I would like to add a "current task" column to an active project report - any ideas? - Workfront 10-03-2021
I would like to add a column to an active project report (any project in the "current" state) that shows what task is happening NOW... or what is the next task that needs to be completed. I would imaging that there's some text mode trickery that needs to happen, any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks to all!

Good morning Andrzej - The link you just share is blocked for me. Is there another way that you can share what you're referring to. Additionally, many of the folks we need to review proofs have reviewer licenses. Will what you're sharing work for them as well? Please advise and THANK YOU!.

Anthony - All of this is spot on. We use the notifications and stages exactly in the way you're referencing (safety in numbers!). Is there any method you know of where one individual can have approval rights on more than one stage. We often have folks who make decisions for OTHER people at different stages of approval (one point of contact - representing different business interests). Hi - Ultimately, I think it depends on how much copy we're talking about. Our writers will generate copy on a word or google doc, and then our designers will flow that into whatever they are designing. We do many many different kinds of work... scripts, social media posts, infographics, product sheets, welcome signs, emails, white papers, articles, web pages, etc... Our flow is that the partners only ever see copy (outside of just a script) when it's in layout. At that point edits are made in WF...

Any thoughts on having one person on more than one proofing stage in an automated workflow? We have certain partners that are responsible for decisions on different proofing stages and we've been able to finagle a bit, but I'd love to hear if there were a more elegant solution.
