We need something very similar for approving training and travel for our division. The approval should go to the requestor's supervisor not the whole group. When creating an approval process, there should be a wildcard input that would route the approval to the specific user's direct manager.

Additionally, it would be great to have all-day 'free' items that are really just reminders not pull over the hours in the allocation.
