Re: Proof Approval Report for Active (Current & Planning) Projects - Workfront 24-08-2022
Hi Monique. I'm doing this same thing and curious where you ended up. Did you go with doc version report or did you settle on another route?

Re: Why are some tasks with cross-project predecessors not showing up on My Active Assignments report? - Workfront 11-07-2022
I ran into a similar problem, and it was tasks assigned to multiple individuals. When a task is assigned to multiple people, the "assignedToID" is the first person listed. It doesn't care about person 2, 3, 4, etc. only the "primary assignee". I switched my reports to "Assignment Users ID", and that pulled all tasks a person was assigned to regardless of whether they were first, second, etc.Something worth checking.

Re: Rearrange Favorites - Workfront 22-02-2022
I would love to see this. Either the ability to sort it yourself or default to alphabetical.

Re: Make the Business Case Available for Requests - Workfront 08-02-2022
Hi everyone,As an update here, this will be combined with the general changes to the Workfront object structure, with the first phase being handled as a part of this idea: https://one.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSYuAAO/detailAs such, it won't be completed in the short term, so I am marking this as Not on the Roadmap. It is something we want to pursue for the long term though.

Re: When converting a project request (issue) to a project, can the project inherit the priority of the request? - Workfront 12-08-2021
Hi there, Cathy! As it stands today the template would override the request status, so this will most likely need to go to the Innovation Lab unless someone else has a better workaround. Thanks,Kyna

Re: How can I add a new department to our Workfront instance, but keep the global search results specific to the relevant department (so the two departments don't get results that don't apply to them)? - Workfront 20-07-2021
Hi Cathy! We get this alot in our instance because we need to give access to various things but it makes the search feature hard at times. I created a dashboard of 'Advanced Project Search' that has a bunch of prompts by owner, project type, start date, campaign, project name, etc. They can use that to search for specific projects vs. weeding through the search results. It also allows me the opportunity to limit the search area to a specific segment such as department.

Re: On a project report, is it possible to get to the user name that entered the "last note"? - Workfront 14-05-2021
OMG @Anthony Imgrund‚ ! Thank you. I swear I tried that, but obviously had something wrong. It's showing exactly how I want now!!

Re: I am creating a project report and trying to sort by a column that utilizes a valueexpression from a task name. I can't get the sort to work properly. - Workfront 30-04-2021
@Cathy Kenny‚ , Ask Doug to tell you about the IFIN statement while you're learning about sorting a collection. It's pretty cool.
