Expense types by Company or Group - Workfront 07-10-2021
We are currently using WF across several agencies in different countries and are using Groups for our department structure as well as our various global agencies.It would be great if like all of the other ways to customize various settings by Group, if we could customize expenses by Group. Certain expense types aren't relevant for certain agencies.

Thanks Anthony! This was really helpful. Based on your input, we've decided to have the ownership of updating planned hours to primarily live w/ the Resource Manager and like you said, have the PM make the request in the project updates section. We'll also add in a Dashboard in the resourcing area that will consolidate all PM updates from each week.

It would be great to not have to create a Primary Contact custom field and have the requestor add in their info again as it should be tracked as part of their user credentials.

Was there ever a solution for this? We are converting requests into tasks as well and our artworkers need this info to know who to route proofs to once they're at that stage. Ideally, they'd be able to pull this info directly from the brief/custom form on the task rather than having to find it elsewhere.
