i've only recently been made aware that in the scheduling, all users receive tasks from projects that are not only current but on hold, in planning etc. i would recommend that a filter been created so that those tasks do not show up in people's schedule if the project is not active.

it would be great to manage the project that are sold as a fixed price that would track the actual revenue with the actual hours + any billed expenses. so that you can see how much the client it total will be charged.
