Re: Can someone help me with a calculated field? I'm trying to add a field that tells me when a task or issue is added to an iteration. I can't seem to get the expression correct. - Workfront 24-04-2020
I see! I'll try it out and let you know. Thank you for the further explanation. Makes so much more sense.

Thanks Doug! I'm not sure this will work though. I'm looking to calculate the date of the first time that there IS data in the IterationID field. So the first time it goes from blank to not blank.

My plan is to add a calculated field that notes when the iteration ID has a value but I can't determine how to do this so that it adds a timestamp of the first time ANY value is present in that field. Here's where I am and this doesn't work: IF(NOTBLANK{Iteration ID}),IF(ISBLANK({DE:Iteration Assigned Date}),$$NOW,{DE:Iteration Assigned Date}),{DE:Iteration Assigned Date})

Auto-change card color when overdue - Workfront 07-05-2019
On Kanban boards, it would be great if overdue cards automatically turned to red when they are overdue. If you could customize color settings based on due date it would make the board more useful. Ex: if a card is due today it changes to orange, if a card is due in x number of days it changes to yellow.

Track when task / issue is added or removed from an iteration - Workfront 29-01-2019
It would be great if we could track when tasks and issues are added to or removed from an iteration. Use cases: 1. Some tasks are added mid-sprint and it would be nice to know which were committed to in sprint planning and which were added later. 2. When tasks aren't completed in a sprint and they carry-over / move to the next sprint it would be nice to easily see and report off of that. 3. If something is moved out of a sprint to the backlog it would be nice to easily see and report off of that...

Re: Reporting field to tell when an item was added to an iteration??? - Workfront 04-09-2018
Thanks @Doug Den Hoed ! I'm going to try a couple of those ideas. I currently am manually exporting a list of the tasks in the sprint once it's set and then manually comparing at the end of the sprint. Hopefully this will be a reportable parameter in the future. I'll let you know if I have any questions. The calculated field seems like an interesting idea. Melissa Davis Lockton Affinity

Reporting field to tell when an item was added to an iteration??? - Workfront 20-08-2018
Does anyone know if there is a field I can use to tell me when a task was added to an iteration? I'm basically looking to build a report to know if tasks were added as part of sprint planning or added mid-sprint. Thanks! Melissa Davis Lockton Affinity
