  • Got it. Simple. Matrix report. Group by Project Portfolio>Name and Issue Status (or Type or whatever you need). Filter on Issue Type (or status or as needed). You can then do a stacked bar, pie, or whatever you need. When you say unresolved though, that brings up an interesting question. Are yo...

  • Jim - When creating an issue report, you can filter on ISSUE>PROJECT PORTFOLIO ID and start to type in the name there. You can also filter directly on the project portfolio object further down in the list of objects. If you are trying to add it as a column in the issue report, there is a field in th...

  • This is easily done with an issue report filtered by project portfolio. You can also add this to a dashboard and attach the dashboard to a portfolio and leave off the portfolio filter.

We have some custom data that is essential to each project and users need to bounce between the project details -> custom form to see it, or look at lists of projects. I would LOVE to see the ability to add some fields to the project header, similar to the way we can customize the MyWork area. Wh...

  • I think Vic nailed it earlier in this thread. The key notification you want is "All Predecessor Task Completion to Task Dependents", which tells the assigned user that his or her task is ready to start. The other notification, "Task Completion to Task Dependents"https://amway.my.workfront.com/notifi...

  • This sounds like a classic grouping. Group by you planned and/or actual date on the expense. Marty Gawry - CapabilitySource CapabilityBlox

You can ensure that your columns are showing in your reports when displayed on a dashboard by going into the column and selecting advanced options, then click the checkbox "Show this column when on a dashboard."

  • Really no way to do this. You can have people log time AS another user directly on the task or project HOURS tab. You can also run an hours report, perhaps as a matrix report, grouped by project on one side and Home Team Name along the top? Marty Gawry - CapabilitySource CapabilityBlox

Currently we have the ability to collapse/expand all in a rollup of tasks. However, if you have nested tasks, it is usually important to collapse one level at a time to see your project in a meaningful way. It would be great to be able to collapse one level at a time rather than all.

  • This feature would be helpful. I cant say what the Workfront response would be to this, however, you can currently get back to the prompt currently by selecting the PROMPTS tab of the report.
