Re: Hi all - for any team using the Workfront DAM, have you figured out a way to show all assets uploaded in a week with thumbnails? We would like to send leadership a weekly report with thumbnails or work pushed to the DAM in a certain timeframe. Thank you. - Workfront 04-10-2021
Hi! You can do this with a Document report filtering on Current Version > External Integration Type and then choose Workfront DAM and Current Version > Entry Date to whichever timeframe you want. There is a Large Thumbnail column that if you use text mode and set the width it makes it slightly larger then the Thumbnail column.

Re: Reply to proof comment made on updates tab should feed to proof - Workfront 15-10-2020
In the 20.3 release we introduced an improvement so that when you reply to a proof comment in the document update stream, we actually take you directly to that comment in the proof viewer. The idea is that we want you to maintain your comment discussions in the original location where they were created. Within proof there is more context such as imaging with advanced tooling which is missing from the update stream. Here is the link with more details https://one.workfront.com/s/document-item?bund...

Move/copy issue form to project - Workfront 21-11-2019
Need a way to move/copy an issue form to a project. Right now, applying the form upon conversion is the only way to ensure that any custom data is transferred from the issue to the project. Therefore if you didn't select the matching project form when converting, you either re-convert the issue, or you need to copy and paste the data from the issue form into the project form manually.

Re: Accepting commit dates - Workfront 09-05-2019
‚Agree - Major issues with commit dates - especially when a user doesn't realize that they are actually changing an end date to a task that can actually impact or push out the end date of a project. Users should not be able to change due dates of any kind without approval from the PM. We have the same types of issues with At Risk status and a PM not knowing why or even being able to change it. Right now only the user can change the commit dates - not even a system admn can change them without ha...

Re: Drag and drop approval stages to reorder - Workfront 24-04-2019
Completely agree! Having to remove stages just to get your workflow in the correct order is unnecessarily time consuming.

Re: Make it more obvious that a request has a resolving object - Workfront 19-03-2019
Yes! I was going to submit this too. Show, very clearly, that a request has been converted & provide link to project (not just hidden at the very bottom of the request details->overview tab). And allow ability to BLOCK updates/comments on a request that has been converted to a project. This would force users to update on the project instead of the original request.

Re: Delete "Approved with Changes" Option - Workfront 12-07-2018
You can't hide the button in the integrated version... Can't tell you how much "approve with changes" annoys our team. The clients always misunderstand and see it as a "nicer" way of saying that they are rejecting something. What they NEVER understand is that clicking that button effectively ends the review cycle. They always expect to see another proof, so we have to resend the approval request ad infinitum. It's led to some major miscommunications and conflicts.

Re: Project Template - Inherit [Priority] from Original Issue - Workfront 29-03-2018
Thanks Tracy for the up-vote and the report tip! We actually made two "whoops" reports - one from the issue angle, and one from the project angle. We did this because sometimes we have multiple requests resolved by each other (duplicate requests or requests we bundle together, and then later decided to convert to a request). My image here is a project report, and then we report on its resolvables (the issues). Here we can see multiple issues that'll be resolved by the project. We had do some tex...
