Yes! We now have to turn everything single request into a Task as you can't track billable time to an Issue. Allowing new requests to be a Task immediately would eliminate a lot of unnecessary clicking and busy work. Also, it would reduce comments on the issue and the Task if the initial user did...

Oh wow - I hadn't seen this was going away yet. We use this daily for trouble screenshots and it makes things so much more convenient than having to create separate local documents. Please don't make it go away!!
