This really should be higher priority. It's 2022, I probably spend equal
amount of time adjusting my social media notification settings as I do
posting on it! It's critical to functionality, processes, and removing
the noise. Any more updates?
We have the challenge and at times resources can have up to 3 roles
based on our structure or if they are supporting more than one
area.Another consideration to solve the issue could be
allowing/capability to turn off "Smart Assign" so that you can can
control just primary or primary & secondary + based on how your
organization is structured.
I was just going to the Lab to submit an idea for this too and
thankfully found it was already submitted. But I'd like to take it a
step further and request that ALL users, regardless of license type,
can't see each others requests. I don't want even my Plan users to be
able to see each others requests since some of our requests are
sensitive. Anyone who has access to the project that a request queue's
requests go can see everyone's requests from those that have the same
access to submit a reque...
Just an FYI - this can currently be accomplished by using a Filter
called "Incomplete Tasks" or whatever you want to call it. The Text Mode
code for it is:statusEquatesWith=CPLstatusEquatesWith_Mod=neI think this
accomplishes what you're asking (unless there's a piece I'm missing).
