Thanks, but it looks like the html field provides the richtext code of the comment rather than the URL to the comment's location.

Does anyone know if the API has a direct URL link to any note/comment made on objects such as projects, issues, documents or tasks? I see that on all comments now, there is a "copy link" option next to the note in the threads but cant seem to place which API code that goes with. I can recreate a not...

I've seen this note before that reminder are sent within 24 hrs of the scheduled time. Not sure if that is applicable here but it could be why it's not appearing when you want. As someone else said, try changing it one more day than you really want.
