TASK Kickstart Question Regarding AssignedTOID - Workfront 28-08-2018
I am trying to do a TASK kickstart that would include a Job Role as the Assigned To. Is this possible? If I use the Job Role ID in the Assigned to field I receive an error. If I use an individuals ID, it works. If I leave the field blank, it works. Anyone have an idea of how to include Job Roles as the assigned to? Thanks! I agree with Samantha. If you need to know when they are finished and cannot move forward without their acknowledgement then they should be approvers of the proof. I put in a support ticket and here is the response I received: “This is something we are working on at the moment. I was informed that a fix was found and it should be rolled out very soon. We have created several calendar views, one being a calendar showing -Release to Production- dates. I have attached screenshots of the criteria we entered to have the task show.
