It would also be great to almost set a "default" aligned layout, much
like you can save any scenario. That way, when you move things around,
you can "auto align" to how it was, without having to go back in time to
previous saves.
I went to submit this same idea. This is driving me crazy and is much
needed! To go beyond a 'reset' button, I propose the People section
dynamically populate based on who is assigned to a task or shared with
the project. We have so many times where we pull in a template for a new
project, and then delete some tasks that may be irrelevant, and whoever
was on those tasks are still added to People and getting notified of all
kinds of things they don't need. They don't to turn off these related
not...
I am using a Fusion automation to notify users that save their converted
tasks into the queue project, asking them to move these tasks. The
project should have a toggle "Allow Tasks" in the queue setup panel.
Alternately, a class should be added to the permissions model to
allow/disallow users from saving tasks into a project. Thanks.
I am using a Fusion automation to send an update to any user that saves
a new task into my main queue project. A checkbox should be added to the
Queue Details when it is turned on as a queue to "Disallow new tasks" so
that I don't have to be chasing after these users who don't want to save
their task conversions into the right project. They should get an error
when trying to save the task int a project that disallows new tasks.
Anyone else need this? Please vote up. Cheers.
The Pinbar makes it far too easy to Unpin or move your pinbar items
inadvertently. There needs to be a "Lock Pinbar/Unlock Pinbar" toggle to
allow more confidence and usability of this feature. Thanks!Steve
The online documentation has just been updated to remove reference to
the ability to perform a document content search using Basic Search
features. This is no longer a documented feature but it should be.
Please add the ability to perform content searches in attached documents
to the roadmap. Alternately, please remove the 4K character limit in API
Update creation. Thanks!
Hi,Many of my users are frustrated with Timesheet management and they
would like the ability to sort their projects in their timesheets by
various criteria. They also want the ability to granularly select which
projects should appear in their Timesheet, even with initial
auto-population at weeks start. There appears to be a default ascending
alpha-numeric sort but it does not seem to extend past a few characters
of the project name prefix, i.e. WF should recognize the project name
prefix 156589 ...
