I had to miss this live and just watched the recording. Thank you Kristin, Jen, and Kelly for this valuable session!

Re: Best practices: Word document proofing and document storage - Workfront 20-05-2022
This is basically what we've started to do too, except we haven't yet integrated with Sharepoint, so we're using OneDrive. Not ideal, since the OneDrive folder belongs to an individual and is shared with everyone, vs. a Sharepoint site. @Jill Ackerman‚ was it easy to integrate with Sharepoint? It's on my to-do list, but we have a stringent IT group which may make things more complicated. Thanks!

Re: Is Workfront currently down? - Workfront 13-04-2022
Thanks for this update Quelle. On the Adobe System Status page, it's still noted as a minor issue in progress.

Re: How to handle projects that are request queues? - Workfront 07-04-2022
Hi Jill, sorry I haven't been back here and for some reason didn't get notified of your responses. It sounds like Dawnmarie has a similar process to us. For us, anyone in our company can go to Workfront, and they are granted "Requester" access by default, and can request marketing services. Requests are converted to projects (what Dawnmarie calls Landing projects), and we assign "Planners" and "Workers" (licensed roles) to those. Requesters can only see their requests, their status/updates, and ...

Re: How to handle projects that are request queues? - Workfront 01-04-2022
Hi Jill, only our Sys Admins have access rights to our request queue projects, and therefore it only shows up on our projects lists. Under queue details, there is a selection for who can add requests to this queue, and ours is set at "Anyone" (see below): Hope that helps, James

Re: Registration is LIVE for Workfront's Skill Exchange Event on April 13th! - Workfront 29-03-2022
Hi Jonathan, quick question: I see there is a "Learn" track and a "Grow" track. I assume we can take sessions from each, and aren't locked into one or the other? Thanks, James

Re: Changing of Default Proof Roles? - Workfront 02-03-2022
Thanks Kiersten for posting this and for contacting support. Hopefully they can push out a fix very soon. Causing some inefficiencies on our end too for sure.

Re: Changing of Default Proof Roles? - Workfront 21-02-2022
Hey all, if anyone else is experiencing this, I called support, and it's a known issue that will be fixed in an upcoming release. Also, my workaround is only a temporary fix. Roles may revert back again after weekly patches (which happened to me). Hope that helps, James

Changing of Default Proof Roles? - Workfront 15-02-2022
One of our power users suddenly couldn't share proofs, or tag others in proofs, and we discovered his default proof role was changed from 'moderator' to 'reviewer/approver'. Actually, when we looked at him from the User list view in proof, it stated 'reviewer/approver' but clicking into his profile, it said 'moderator'. Through trial and error, we switched the default role to something else, then switched it back to 'moderator' and it held. Then we looked at others, and they were also switched a...
