We have found the search feature cumbersome and clunky. It also does not seem to have any rhyme or reason to how it provides results - I would think newest first, but for some reason no. We discourage the team from using it and instead have a dashboard linked to their navigational bar that is for 'Advanced Search'. It allows them multiple prompts and choices and really helps much more.

How do I create a report to show which team members have time off scheduled during an assigned task duration? - Workfront 06-07-2022
I want to create a report that will show me which tasks are assigned to people that have time off during that task's duration, so that I can move the task to another assignee or reconfigure the schedule. I have created a task report that has the filter "Assignment User >> has time off" but that just brings up every task that anyone who has ever put in time off has ever had. If you weren't already using the time off calendar to track vacation, I'd suggest that as a temporary work around. You could create a project with separate tasks for each person's WFH days - or maybe days in the office would be eaiser (fewer tasks, at least to start), giving each task a duration of 1 day but 0 hours, so it doesn't mess with the Resource Planner if you use that. Then put those tasks on a calendar.

Not sure if this helps, but what I do is make sure every project has a task called “In Market” and it is a milestone task too so there are different reports and calendars you can make from either the task name or the milestone.

Hi Jill, Are your reviewers in WF? If so, we use a Proof Approval report to manage our proofs. We have it filtered on the latest version so that when something happens to a proof, like the wrong automatted workflow was chosen, then our proof creators just upload a new version of the proof and then on the report only the newest version shows.
