Workfront would be a better product as a Service Desk tool if a customer satisfaction survey could be sent to the originator of an issue. The Survey would ask a certain # of questions that could then be inserted into our database, allowing us to gauge how well our Service Desk was performing.

Currently if there are multiple users assigned to a single task, any person can close out the task and block all other users if they select DONE and do not further select Done with my part. The help desk called it a feature but in the real software world its called a bug.
