  • from which standpoint do you mean? I will say that Word documents in general are much easier to modify (anyone with Word can modify the doc), but PDF's are more difficult. However, regarding just from a Workfront standpoint, I'm not sure there's a difference.

  • Oh, well that's not what the email notification is for. That email notification is to notify the person who COMPLETED the TASK that it's been approved. But if you have a task that is planned to take a week (say starting on Monday and ending on Friday), and the next task is planned to start the next Monday (assuming there's a standard predecessor on task 2 of task 1), if ...

  • No, it's automatic. Sys Admins are not in the logic of who displays. I guess they a) didn't want to spam Sys admins for these requests and b) wanted it to go up through the proper channels. The Sys admin can always change the access level of a user, but is not included in the request list.

  • Eric, you wouldn't recognize it as a Sys Admin because it is only for people who request more access to an object and Sys admin's always have enough. • What's your definition of "update"? Is it a Note update, when someone types in a update on an object (document, issue, task, project, etc.)?
