Hi - Is it possible to change from a 24-hour clock to a 12-hour clock in
the Proofing tool? For example, when setting a due date and time, some
users would prefer to see a 12-hour clock. Thanks.
Oy......here we go again with pop-ups for our non-admins and
request/review licenses users. I know this has been brought up multiple
times and yet it's still happening. What is going on?
Yeah 22.3 hadn't been out and hour and I got my first complaint from a
user. Not including myself: I tend to have the timesheet open on small
sidekick display running at only 1280x1024 and since we run bimonthly
(15th, EOM) timesheets I get three weeks and it squashes the time entry
area down to a thin column with a horizontal scroller. Annoying and a
bit disorienting. To be fair, at least they had the presence of mind to
make sure 1 week shows-up in that column (yay!) but ideally I'd like it

Hi Megan - I've not seen any formal updates per se, and I have the exact
issue you do. However, I have found a bit of a workaround in addition to
training the requestors. Once you have your request in and are confident
it no longer should have updates (the updates can be made into the
project), you can click the three horizontal dots next to the title and
go to sharing, and change the contribute setting to View Only. This
essentially locks the requestor from adding updates to the request. Then

In order to get to a field in Fusion, it has to be "tracked" in
Workfront. Just add the field to your update feed here:
https://YOURDOMAIN.my.workfront.com/setup/update-feeds and it will show
up in Fusion.
This is fantastic... I go out and have a bite to eat (and possibly a few
drinks) then come back to take a fresh look at it. I started with
watching new doc versions, read the version for the doc, read the doc
for the issue, read the issue for the project ID, filter for only docs
that have an issue ID and a resolve project ID and then finally use the
upload a document module to get the new file into the resolve project.
So.... maybe I was channeling my inner @Skye Hansen‚ while working
through th...
If I set a limit of 5 documents per submission, the custom form would
have to have duplicated fields, ie. Doc1 - Audience, Doc2 - Audience,
Doc3 - Audience, etc. Any way around that? Any suggestions? Thanks!
A single approval for multiple documents would be a game-changer for our
company. Our teams feel that it would be way more efficient to
multi-select documents and send them to the same approver.
We're in a similar conundrum: We don't want to delete the original
request/issue, but we also don't want them editing it after it's
converted to a project or task. We categorically don't give requesters
access to the project, so that really isn't a workaround either. What I
did was block the path of least resistance by creating a dashboard for
requesters that shows requests that have been converted, but does not
give them a clickable link. Not perfect but the best we could come-up
with. We also ...
Florence, We use the home page in the New Workfront Experience (filtered
down to approvals) to give our approvers a 'check list' of all the
proofs they need to approve. As long as he is assigned as an approver or
reviewer and approver he will see them in the home page. We then have a
document version report built out to show reviewers and approvers the
status of proofs they've approved. See a post I made about proof reports
here. There were some great tips shared.
