  • Its great to see that many items on that list are either planned or under consideration, with at least one already completed. And @Sean Sanders - your idea is awesome! Your profile pic, doubly so. Anthony Pernice

  • We have information in a Project Custom form (information about client style guides, editorial options, etc) that we want to display on a Task custom form so a) it doesn't need to be re-entered every time a task is sent to our editors and b) the editors get all the information they need about the ta...

  • Here's a new one I'd like to see implemented: auto-send reports to users in the report. I run a number of "exception" reports, looking for items that don't conform to company SOPs. I'd like to be able to have my report that looks for projects without a Sponsor sent automatically to the owners of tho...

  • I run a number of "exception" reports to look for items that do not conform to our SOPs. I would LOVE to be able to have a report auto-send to users who "own" those items.Ex - Projects that do not have a "Sponsor" - auto send a report to the owners of those projects on a weekly basis

  • Upvoted! I would also like to bring up an Idea from WAY back in 2017: auto-collapse completed parent tasks. Long task lists can be much more easily navigated if completed parents are collapsed by default. https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSa5AAG/detail Anthony Pernice

  • I can't figure out which way I like better. On the one hand, I liked the idea of having the file name static so regardless of what version you're on, your file name is and you can track your various file name permutations in proof (). This way, you think of the "file" you see in Workfront as more o...

  • If the request is for me specifically, I'll reach out at least once and then just close it out if a response doesn't come. Those requests sit in the requester's project so they always have quick access to them if needed. As admin, I'll typically send out a mass email to owners of old items (cc'ing o...

  • WONDERFUL, thank you very much Skye! What do you do with "empty" teams? There isn't a way to deactivate them like there is with other elements in WF and deleting them would likely lose historical data. Anthony Pernice

  • I was poking around my instance and didn't see an easy way to run a report to display Teams that have no active users. Does anyone know of a way to do this so I can deactivate empty teams? Anthony Pernice

  • My teams are still too committed to server storage. One team even had WF scope out a customization so that we could put working server links in WF. Someday I'll convince them that they can free themselves from data-hogging VPN solutions and to trust in WF... Anthony Pernice
