Good idea, John! The problem with calendars is that you have to basically create a filter for each thing each time. You can't copy and can't apply anything existing so it is cumbersome to set up. Yes! There should be a lot more votes for this. It only works for PDF, even though there's a "preview" button for other types.

I spent a good hour last week editing custom data on project documents, one at a time. I could have done it in seconds on a task or project. It was all exactly the same information but I had to do each one individually. Very time consuming.
