@Rhonda Triggs‚ - I would LOVEE to know more about this! Our customer onboarding team uses Workfront for projects and right now, they manually send the post onboarding surveys and I would love to have this automated for them.
Hi @Audrey Lai‚ - I commented on a similar post with our experience using OneDrive (https://one.workfront.com/s/question/0D50z00006ZXi5TCAT/does-workfront-documents-section-allow-you-to-do-realtime-updates-similar-to-sharepoint-currently-the-only-thing-i-can-do-is-download-the-document-update-it-...
Same, happy to provide feedback as well. I would also love to see examples of how other admins send out the comms to their teams. @Monique Evans‚ @Anthony Imgrund‚ @Sheri Whitten‚
Someone had mentioned giving the managers admin rights to login as a user in their team/group - can you point me to where this is setup/how to set this up? Thanks!

@Monique Evans‚ mentioned that they have a user "deactivation" dashboard and checklist. I would love if you could share examples of what this includes or if anyone else has something similar.
That is a great question. Right now, as the admin, I manually create all of the portfolios for that exact reason. I know that if I let the users create their own portfolios, they will not add the custom form.
Sadly, I am not sure this is possible. I found that someone sent this as an idea, which makes me think it isn't possible. https://one.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSsYAAW/detail
