When automating some comments it would help make communication clearer with some formatting around the messaging.

A while ago there was a rumbling that there would be a number added to the subtasks tab similar to Documents and Issues if there were any subtasks in the task view. Somehow it fell off. It would be helpful to get that back on.

Ability to allow or by default anyone can restore items that they deleted or their direct reports.
