Hi @Madalyn_Destafney , How does one test notifications in Preview?   I believe only our Prod environment is set up to generate emails.  Or are you just referring to the notifications within WF itself? Thanks!

Ohh I see, so it goes back to the syncing of statuses topic we discussed earlier, where my cards first would need to move to a completed column automatically when the related object is marked closed/resolved. Makes sense. Thank you!

Hi @Madalyn_Destafney -- I went through the documentation and got a column set up with the automatic status change functionality. Yay! Do you know if there is a way to automatically set a card to archive when the connected item is closed/resolved?

We have a user who needs to share many projects with a team. Is there a way to do this in bulk, or must he individually share each project? I tried creating a view and a report with the "Shared With" field/column on the Project object, but the field is not editable in-line.  TIA.
