Re: If their is any KPI which is not performing well what would be your actions ? - Adobe Analytics 07-07-2022
Which KPIs are you talking about... I am going to assume campaign code for ecommerce? Or maybe purchase / conversions? For banking I am assuming maybe you are looking at upsell conversions (like sign up for these additional services, or get a mortgage quote, etc) First and foremost, if these type of things don't seem to be tracking, you need to test thoroughly and make sure that whatever KPIs you are trying to track are actually working. If you are sure they are working, the next thing to look a...

Re: Sub-relation - Adobe Analytics 05-06-2022
Subrelations are breakdowns between eVar dimensions. … Yup, that's really about it.Correspondingly, correlations are breakdowns between prop dimensions. Why the distinctive names? Mainly because of legacy reasons. props were introduced in Omniture SiteCatalyst (the predecessor of AA), followed by eVars. Both had their own allocation and persistence settings, which had implications on breakdowns. Thus, their breakdowns had different names to make sure analysts knew what they were breaking down.The...

Re: prop/evar/events-need suggestion - Adobe Analytics 27-05-2022
Product data Adobe provides you a variable to send products data and I would advise you to use it instead of using eVars/props. These are the delimited sections you can provide:Product name (required): The name of the product. The maximum length for this field is 100 bytes.Quantity (optional): How many of this product is in the cart. This field only applies to hits with the purchase event.Price (optional): The total price of the product as a decimal. If quantity is more than one, set price to th...

Re: prop/evar/event - Need suggestion - Adobe Analytics 18-05-2022
Hello Again! As we were chatting on your last post, for your shopping cart purchases you should be using s.products which is a special parameter specifically designed to track multiple items with explicit correlation to merchansing eVars. If you use a prop to track a list of products it will be truncated at 100 characters... If you are trying to correlate things like size, color, etc to each product this will be lost, as each item in the list will apply to ALL items in the list. Only products wi...

Re: prop/ evar topic - Adobe Analytics 17-05-2022
I agree with @yuhuisg . In this use case you should not use multiple eVars. Send the product id in the s.product variable: s.products=";productId1,;productId2" Product ID can be your SKU. Next in Adobe Analytics go to the Admin section under conversion and add classification and then upload your data using either classification importer using the browser or an FTP. Benefits:Your code will be much simpler, better to maintain and also decrease performance issues on website as less codeClassificati...
