Just a week after the 22.3 release and our users are happy to see the
new options for work delegation. However, they're still asking for some
way to notify or call attention to users being out-of-office. As others
have said, this is most critical in directed updates. The current
workaround is far less than ideal: after wondering why you haven't
received a reply in Workfront, you switch applications and find an OOO
reply. It's hard to explain why this is necessary, especially when we're

Really surprised (although I shouldn't be), that configured options for
Home / Summary are only visible to people assigned to the Task/Item. The
preference would be to provide the users with some consistency
throughout the application. Not to mention this is extremely
inconvenient for Project Owners or Managers / Supervisors that manage
tasks for their resources. We recently migrated our users over the the
new UI and I don't see a whole lot of benefit in promoting this feature
"as-is", except for...
I agree, this should be a separate module of some kind where lessons
learned can be logged. Unfortunately, using the Issue object as a
workaround backfires when the PM tries to close the project as they
remain open. My only suggestion to the user is to move all open lessons
learned to its own project where they can remain for eternity but not an
elegant solution.
Agreed. Filters on typeaheads should work the same way as logic does:
different form = different filter. This would solve the problem of
having to create multiple versions of the same field just to have a
different filter. The only caveat would be if you had the same field
(with different filter) on 2 forms that are both attached to same record
(ex: task) - not sure what would be the right way for the tool to handle
such cases - perhaps grey out the second occurrence of the field
(effectively di...
Hi Jane, I like this idea. I'd like to suggest taking it a step further
and allowing system admin's to create Warnings against all of the
objects in the system. For example, we have users that will set their
project to auto-complete and then attempt to change the status back to
Execution, forgetting the initial setting. It would be great if we could
build that warning to let them know to check that project setting
instead of having to submit a support request to our internal team. Best

We would want the ability to indicate specific fields that the user will
see when they are creating the project. If it happens to be an entire
section, ok, but drilling down to the field level is ideal.
It would be ideal to take it one step further and be able to identify
specific applications and what in them can be accessed via Fusion rather
than generically allowing access to everything. The ability to specify
what applications and turn off one's that we don't want to use would
also be helpful.
When I share an object, whether it's a project, report, view, or
otherwise, I'd like to be able to add a short comment for the
recipient(s) of the share notification to provide additional details
about what is being shared, where to find it, etc.
