  • When users are created, everyone comes in with their own All Documents and Recent filter. I would just ignore these, or find a way to filter them out. Nobody else sees them, and if the user comes back and gets reactivated, they may as well retain the filters they were made with.

  • if you already deleted your cache and cookies and tried another browser, I would honestly just submit a case to Support. Since this is preview, you could also try a /resetUsername.   I'm for sure not getting any whoops errors.

  • many of the customer urls start with ____.my.workfront.com/____ If this matches your url, just give us everything after “.com”. If your url doesn’t contain workfront at all, I would probably have the admin contact Support.

  • My initial two thoughts:   * Is it possible that you're not a full system admin but only a group admin? * Is it possible you're logged in as someone else who doesn't have the right credentials/permissions?
