Re: Swap special characters for base versions - Workfront Fusion 2.0 15-12-2021
@Andy Hess‚ thanks for the tip! I'll run all our special names through it to see if there are any exceptions. One that I did already find is ≈Åukasz

Swap special characters for base versions - Workfront Fusion 2.0 13-12-2021
Hi, I'm looking for a way in Fusion to swap the special characters in a string (e.g. Cédric Genzić) for the base versions (= Cedric Genzic). Any ideas?

Re: Is it possible to pull in the Role Field in Fusion? - Workfront 13-12-2021
I'm not sure that I get your question, but you can call the roles of a user via the advanced functions -> collections -> userRoles. You can then use an iterator to check for specif roles.

Re: FUSION: Searching for Projects missing a specific Project form (category). Or listing all project forms in Fusion. - Workfront 22-11-2021
You could also use objectCategories:categoryID to get the collection, this should also work.

Two questions: Are you using the "Does not Contain" Text-operator (this is what we use) or the Array-operator?How do you call the objectCatgories? Via the collections? Here a screenshot how we call them

Re: Capturing ( by percent ) total weekly time by user against contracted hours - Workfront 15-11-2021
Hi @Marc Fletcher‚ , we are using Fusion (you could use the API as well), to calculate the weekly normtime/capacity and then store that value in the extRefID field of the timesheet. You can then use that on a timesheet report or timesheet list to calculate the value. Here for example the missing normtime: displayname=Missing Norm Timetextmode=truevalueexpression=IF(ISBLANK({extRefID})=false,SUB({totalHours},NUMBER({extRefID})),"")valueformat=doubleAsDouble Hope this helps!Chris

Re: Cross-Object Calculated Field (Sum Hours from all Tasks and Issues) - Workfront 03-11-2021
Are you also timesheeting directly on the project? Because if not, all the hours on a project (field "Actual Hours") should already be the sum of all tasks/issues.

Re: Have you seen the new project creation and template attachment updates planned for 21.4 release in Preview? - Workfront 11-10-2021
We found one - for us - major issue (ticket with Support pending): if you have custom forms on the templates to which the user creating the project from the template has no access to (because they will be used by another user along the process), the project cannot be created anymore. This worked well before this release and due to this bug, a big portion of our over 1k plan/work users were blocked last week

Re: Is there a way to adjust Workload Balancer so the workweek begins on Monday? - Workfront 11-10-2021
Seriously? That is not very useful for all European customers
