 Instead of sharing or schedule project to external mail id in recipient. Can we able to schedule it to any cloud service or ftp method?

If receiver doesn't have access. Then you can send the report to external by adding their mail ID. But they can only download and view report

You can share your project to anyone within company login. Also you can share to outside by giving Gmail I'd. There is share option available. Please check

Hi all, I have 150partners to share their respective data. So, now i have planned to create 150 projects and in each projects, i will do segmentation based on their respective url, data should populated. Is this correct and only way to proceed or is there any smart way to do?
