Re: Can we schedule historic data in adobe report builder? - Adobe Analytics 22-03-2022
Hi @aagk123 Yes, you can do that. Adobe did announce an update about scheduled reports but it will only affect if the reports are older than two year. Here’s the notice about the same. “Effective April 15, 2022, Adobe intends to pause all scheduled reports that have a creation date greater than two years (any tasks created before January 31, 2020). No reports or data will be deleted. Only reports identified as older than two years will be paused, and no additional scheduled reports will be sent”...

Re: Where and how to see how many license are left out in adobe analytics? - Adobe Analytics 21-03-2022
I don't believe there is a limit and as such there is no balance limit to view. There are performance guidance limits:If you are administering Adobe Experience Cloud products on the Admin Console, note the following limits for best performance:A maximum of 8,000 profiles in an organization.A maximum of 4,000 product profiles assigned to a user. A maximum of 100,000 users delegated to a product profile.

Re: When to breakdown by evar and prop? - Adobe Analytics 20-03-2022
Hi this really depends on what you want to understand as both could potentially apply.s.prop think of it as more hit/instance based. eVar think of it as more session based. In your case if prop is page name and you want to see how many time an error message shows up then a 2nd prop could be used. (this limits it to that page) Now lets think of it this way, you have a prop for page name, but now you have users with 3 types of error messages and you want to see what other pages those users go to a...

Re: How much time will adobe analytcs takes to refresh data in classification? - Adobe Analytics 17-03-2022
In my experience, it can take anywhere between 1 hour to 24 hours. It depends on the amount of data for that dimension (eVar, prop) that needs to be classified. (And probably whatever server load is happening at that moment in Adobe's environment.)Generally, processing works in reverse chronology, i.e. newer data gets classified first, followed by older. Try narrowing your report date range to see if you get the expected classified data.

Re: I came across a metric names single access and its really confusing - Adobe Analytics 14-03-2022
The ‘Single access’ metric shows the number of visits where the dimension item contained only a single unique value for the entire visit. This metric is helpful in context of any dimension where you want to see which dimension items stagnate during a visit. Here is the complete doc for the same (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/components/metrics/single-access.html?lang=en)

Re: How to grant user view / edit access for specific report in adobe analytics - Adobe Analytics 14-03-2022
In addition to what Vinod has suggested , here is the doc for the same , how to share the Analytics Project "https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/analyze/analysis-workspace/curate-share/share-projects.html?lang=en" Also , you can schedule projects where you get the option of Recepients , that way the external users can only download and view the project . (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/analyze/analysis-workspace/curate-share/t-schedule-report.html?lang=en) Or you...

Re: How to create all time date range in Adobe analytics? - Adobe Analytics 11-03-2022
It sounds like you want to create a Date Range. Adobe Analytics defaults to hold 25 months worth of data, plus the current month. Your contract may differ. While creating a date range with your start date fixed will certainly include all data, this will eventually include more months than you have data and any time-based visualization (like a line chart) using this date range will visually include dates that no longer have data.Instead, I'd suggest creating a date range with the logic in my scree...
