Don't think unselecting everything will help get rid of the "Subject" field as well as the word "Details"Any idea how to achieve that if it's ever possible?

It's useful to know the native conditional formatting is not supported if the valueexpression is in use.I will look into other ways to do the color coding using the other fields as you suggested.Thank you!

Thanks @Madalyn_Destafney In fact there is one mistake in my statement. They are not the custom fields. They are all out of the box fields. Is there a way not to allow users view those task-level OOTB fields, but at the same time allow them to upload files to the task?
