Are you looking at historical data (yesterday, a week ago, etc)? Or "live" data? Classification Rules process every 4-6 hours, so you could end up seeing a lot of "unspecified" until the the rules are actually processed....

Hi @mahjoshi, 1. For ways to increase your match rate, make sure you have ID sync enabled properly on your setup. Main reason for segment rate to be low is due to the fact that some browsers block cookies. Keep in mind, match rate only accounts for cookie, so if you have onboarded device ids, then it be higher than 57%. 2. It doesn't need to be 100% all the time. The match rate differs based on your identifiable audiences. 3. 57% seems to be decent enough. Hope this helps. Thanks

Product is a tricky one... the filters you apply to the product dimension apply to all the products that we part of the tracking call.Let's use a simple shopping cart example... you have a department store, and someone buys a baseball and a t-shirt (so 2 different departments). You create it in a similar way as you would create a pie chart with another dimension and metric.Create a freeform table.Add your desired dimension and metric. In your case, add your "Tracking ID" dimension. You didn't state what metric you want to report on, but I assume you want "Tracking ID Instances", which counts the number of times that each Tracking ID had been tracked.Select the rows that you want to visualise. Hello, The == operator checks for full equality while contains checks if the key is contained within the string. In other words, use == when you want an exact match, and utilize contains when you only need the value to be present within the larger string.
