@bitunsen A few things to troubleshoot this: Check the Event is on the
Profile (you said it is) Check the value of the Price on the Lookup (you
said you did) The segment is probably batch so make sure you have
enabled the schedule Create another Segment(s) that do things like
"price exists" or sku = xyz or even remove the lookup dataset altogether
to isolate where the issue is. Good luck

Hi @keshav-vadrevu You are correct, while copying the data in the post,
I missed to put the data in those to columns. The mapping is exactly
same as except for the below 3 fields. I have mapped:addr_line_one to
homeAddress.street1city to homeAddress.citycountry_code to
homeAddress.countryCodestate to homeAddress.stateThe mapping of the 2
calculated fields are exactly same. Please let me know if you need
