Check user permissions.

To achieve this you can use the tagging feature and add country names as tags . In your custom product list component you can write a query to display the products as per country tags.   Thanks Himanshu

You can add your user within AEM Dev instance as a member of administrator group .  

Create a group and assign ACL rather than user level permission and the the required user in that group.

We have few expired assets in our author instance , we are looking to archive them . Is there any OOTB feature available in AEM cloud service?   Thanks Himanshu
