It is picking [lucene:assetPrefixNodename(/oak:index/assetPrefixNodename) and [lucene:damAssetLucene(/oak:index/damAssetLucene) indexes to compare.
I tried re-indexing the "/oak:index/fragments" but it is still not getting picked.

this issue is actually reported by admins with admin access in lower environments. We have been asked to update the following paths "BLACKLISTED" in the "Day CQ Link Checker Transformer" and did that steps with no luck. Hence trying to find if there is any other configuration change required.
I have logged in as admin but still, nodes are not seen in CRXDE. Only /bin, /content, /crx nodes are seen.

I did check the path "/apps/system/config" and the file was present with form: com.adobe.granite.csrf.impl.CSRFFilter.config
