Re: How do I save a form in Designer in order to use a scribble signature? - Adobe LiveCycle 23-07-2015
Yeah, I figured that one out. The process to do this is not clear in the documentation. Do you know of any documentation that clearly details the process to get the form where it needs to be?I appreciate your response.

Enable new Mobile Forms and Forms Manager capabilities - Adobe LiveCycle 22-07-2015
I want to enable new Mobile Forms and Forms Manager capabilities. I currently own and utilize Adobe LiveCycle ES4 to create forms. Developing mobile forms, entering and saving information, including scribble signatures, is baffling me. I need something that tells me exactly how to do this.

How do I save a form in Designer in order to use a scribble signature? - Adobe LiveCycle 22-07-2015
I am creating a form that will be used on a Windows tablet. It is used to collect information from a client, and requires the client and the person collecting the information to sign the form.I saw that Scribble Signature allows this. However, when I saved the form in Designer, then I opened the form on a Windows 8.1 tablet using Adobe Reader DC, clicked on the signature box, and it asked for a file on the tablet to insert. It did not give me a dialog box to enter a signature via stylus, finger ...

Errors when attempting to extend features in Acrobat Pro - Adobe LiveCycle 21-07-2015
I just created a form using LiveCycle Designer ES4. When I save the form, then go and open it in Acrobat 9 Pro to extend features (for the sake of being able to enter information and save the form), I receive numerous error messages - all the same - "Unrecognized namespace XFA 3.3, defaulting to XFA 2.8". What causes this error, and how can I fix my form so I don't receive it when extending features in Acrobat Pro 9?This is the first form I created in ES4. I previously used Adobe LiveCycle Desig...

Re: Expanding text fields not moving next fields down the page - Adobe LiveCycle 07-08-2014
I created several subforms. The comment fields are allowing expanded comment. However, none of the fields following the expandable fields are not moving down as the fields above them expand. I made all of the subforms flowable and Western text. Any more advice?

Thanks for the explanation. Points you made are not typically in the help manuals. I'll take a fresh look at it and do what you suggest. I'll let you know what happens.

Expanding text fields not moving next fields down the page - Adobe LiveCycle 05-08-2014
I have a multi-page form with several comment boxes that I want to be expandable (if needed). I've managed to get them to expand, but the fields following the field that is expanding dynamically are not bumping down the page. I've gone through and read about different things to try and use (flowed, western, expand to fit, etc), but the fields following the expanding fields are not moving.I can send the form I am using to anyone who has a suggestion. I am confused with the hierarchy and where stu...

I have Livecycle Designer version 8.2.1.xxxx. How do I upgrade to ES? - Adobe LiveCycle 05-08-2014
I think this version came with Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.2. I am having trouble getting forms to expand dynamically, and I think it is because my software is not capable of doing it. Can anyone verify this and advice me what my options are to upgrade to ES?Thanks.
