I believe that would be value-added for a email marketing software to be "smart" enough to recognise opens, just like how mobile app tracking for click-throughs is defined as well. 😉

Hi community, Observed that there may have scenarios where some users' opens are not captured even though they have clickthrough-ed. Logically, they would have to open the email before clicking the links. One of the common possibilities is that they had disabled downloading of images in their mail clients, as such preventing the tracking pixel from capturing the opens. This causes a downside to having a lower open rates than expected. Is there an available configuration to enable Adobe Campaign ...

Hi @Docea, thanks for the clarity. I think the limiting factor is that reporting source has to be Adobe Target. Is there a way to keep Adobe Analytics as the reporting source will still having the option to "Increment Count, Release User & Bar from Reentry"?

Hi, when creating an experience targeting activity (using VEC), how do I set it to such a way that I want to suppress a qualified visitor who has already seen the experience from not seeing it again? I want them to see the experience ONLY once, in let's say for example, once in a calendar month.I believe profile script could be one option, but that would be a challenge, given that VEC uses "global-target-mbox"? Any other solution?

I have been sending multiple events in an image request upon page view, for example, s.events=“event1,event2,event3”. Will this incur 3 server calls, or just 1 server call? In the data feeds, can I have them split into 3 rows of data?
