@sarikajain , This feature (editable core component fragment templates) doesn't seem to be enabled in your environment. You need to get in touch with Adobe support to get this feature enabled in your environment.

@sarikajain , did you enable the fragment template after creation? Initially, it is in draft state. You need to enable it so it starts appearing in the creation wizard. Please share screen shot what you see on the creation wizard screen.

Hi Sarika,   For fragments, Archetype provides core component fragment template type, not any default fragment template. You can go to template console and create a fragment template using template-type. After enabling this template, you would be able to use this template for core component fragment...

Is it cloud or 6.5 setup? If it is cloud, is your program forms enabled, and did you execute the pipeline? If it is local cloud sdk setup, have you got an archetype project (forms enabled flag) deployed on the instance?

@varaande, Yes, at present this is possible in AEM Forms on Cloud. We are working to improve 6.5 form creation UI to support picking up theme client library configured in the template.

Yes, at present the form creation wizard for 6.5 doesn't pick theme from the theme configured in the templates, it keeps canvas theme selected by default. User needs to change theme if he/she wants to use another theme.

AFAIK, This theme has different design for checkbox appearance.If you hover on text, there would be a blue underline appearance, clicking on text will make the checkbox selected.  

Hi,Please confirm the below.There is no console error when the form is open in the editor.The console error appears only when you click edit rule button for a component.Can you please attach a full page screen shot with dev console also open? Have you tried with very basic form?
