An activity lost it's code (multiple modifications gone) and I want to make sure I understand all the ways code can be removed from an activity. I know of the above mentioned way as well as choosing to delete modifications, which would be done one at a time as opposed to in bulk in the above mention...

Is there anything that would cause Adobe Target to lose or delete code or modifications other than changing the page delivery URL?
