Hi Chad,As I understand it, a snippet is a template for a smaller element in DITA. For example, a complex table structure that you use often can be defined as a snippet, or a common note. The snippet does not insert a conref, it inserts a copy of the item you have defined as a snippet. When you insert reusable content, this inserts a conref of the reusable item you select.

@Adobe-Chad Yes you can add the tags to all topics in bulk. When you open the map for generating an output you will see a topics tab in the UI. In topics tab you will see all the topics listed inside the map. Just select all the topics and click on "Apply Tag" button in the menu bar. This way you can apply tags in bulk to all or selected multiple topics.
