Extract data from dynamic PDFs

I have looked at other questions on this topic and haven't found a clear answer to this question so I am asking it again... What is the process for extracting data from completed dynamic PDF forms creating using AEM Forms Designer (LiveCycle)? No data connection was set up initially (we had no access to someplace to submit the data); we just have a bunch of completed PDFs and I want to be able to do something with that data so the users don't have to re-enter it into a new system we are creating...

Verify Step component missing in AEM v6.5.0?

We have AEM v6.5.0 currently and the Verify Step component is missing from my list of components. Is there something special I need to do to get this to be available to me? I am building an adaptive form based on an XDP template and I want to be able to preview the form before submitting.

When building adaptive form based on XDP template, where are the scripts stored?

I am creating my first adaptive AEM form using an XDP template I created in AEM Forms Designer (LiveCycle). In the XDP form I have a bunch of scripts. When I place those fields onto my adaptive form, the scripted functionality seems to work but I can't figure out where the scripts are actually being stored! I thought perhaps they would get translated into rules but that doesn't seem to be the case. Where are these scripts stored? And also: how should I handle it if I realize I need to make an ad...
