What I would like to under stand is what are the specific properties/attributes in my custom grid web component I should take care of so that works in custom responsive layout component.

Hi All, Could some one guide me on how to use a web component to extend AEM out of box responsive layout container. We have web components built using stenciljs and want to reuse Grid component to extend responsive container. You can refer to below link for Grid web component https://ionicframework.com/docs/api/gridhttps://ionicframework.com/docs/layout/grid Any help will be appreciated

Hi Alex,Why didn't you use resources folder in client libs to do this as you had suggested in the thread. You could have still called the scripts as below./etc.clientlibs/abc-folder/clientlibs/stencilscripts/resources/ui-kit.js Do you foresee any challenge as this works too. Thanks & Regards

Hi Alex, I would be keen to know what approach you followed to solve this issue. I am stuck at the same point as we are integrating AEM with Stencil JS . One approach worked hosting the JS in dam but due to security concerns its not recommended . Looking for the reply.

Hi all, I am implementing AEM site search functionality using elastic search. My requirement is to extract the page content as json and push it to Elastic search for indexing. I will have to do this on author on an event . I have implemented this using com.day.cq.commons.TidyJsonItemWriter and jsonWriter.dump(node, out, 10) which gives me desired output . My concern is, this method throws JSONException which is of class org.apache.sling.commons.json.JSONException; and its a deprecated hence i do...

Hi All, I see that when we create AEM project from mvn archetype we have dispatcher rules created as part of the project.I see the cache rules for author as below# Put entries of items you do or don't want to cache in apaches doc root# the globbing pattern to be compared against the url# example: * -> everything# : /foo/bar.* -> only the /foo/bar documents# : /foo/bar/* -> all pages below /foo/bar# : /foo/bar[./]* -> all pages below and /foo/bar itself# : *.html -> all .html files/0000 {/glob "*...

I was facing similar issue . Looks like groovy scripts in archetype project is trying to resolve groovy dependencies from maven repo(.m2/repository) and failing as it can not find . Ideally it should be looking in groovy repo. However I did a hack to solve this issue. Downloaded the dependency to Maven repo through command line and I was able to successfully build

Hi Vijayalakshmi, On installing Bootstrap connector package I should be able to see Bootstrap connector option in Cloud service Configurations as per the blog https://www.tothenew.com/blog/how-to-implement-a-translation-connector-in-aem/.But I don't see that option for bootstrap.

Hi, I am trying to implement custom connector for Language translation in AEM 6.5 . There is a requirement to use internal TMS. Hence, we are required to implement custom connector . I tried following this blog(https://www.tothenew.com/blog/how-to-implement-a-translation-connector-in-aem) . There has been suggestion to use Translation Bootstrap Framework but the framework doesn't work with AEM 6.5 . Could any one suggest what is the best way to do it
