In an A/B test - How to set up the timing value into the Variation ? - Adobe Target

Hi, I would like to display every day during a specific Time Frame i.e (from 6 am to 4 pm) a modified Form Filed design experience, vs the current one running all day. How should I set up in Target, the timing switch functionality within the new variation experience? it's the A/B the ideal activity to use in this case? Thank you so much for your help.

We have a client that uses dynamic URLs with multiple PIDs across thousands URLs, and we would like to know if and why, we can or can't use the Visual Experience Composer to create and test experiences on dynamic URLs. ThanksDs
