Hi Tom,You can do it with calculated metrics.Create a hit segment "event1 exists". Then create a metric, add Visits and the segment on top of it. This new metric will return the number of visits the event1 was set in regardless of how many times (1, 2, or more). The Flow visualisation uses "path views", which is not the same as "visits". This means that the Flow visualisation reports the number of views along a specific path. It also counts multiple occurrences of the same node, e.g. if your Flow visualisation is built from the Page dimension, then the path views include page reloads.
