Re: In-app messaging not working - missing documentation? - Adobe Campaign Standard 21-06-2022
Was this issue resolved? I am facing the exact same issue on Android. I have completed all the necessary steps but am not able to see the InApp message. I don't have any directions at the moment to see whats happening as there is no error displayed in Android Studio logcat or in the project griffon logs (Assurance). As mentioned on the original post - SDK, module registrations and lifecycle events are set and working fine. Push notifications work totally fine.I followed this - https://aep-sdks.g...

Do any of the answers below answer your initial question? If so, can you select one of them as the correct answer? If none of the answers already provided answer your question, can you provide additional information to better help the community solve your question?

Re: Can't commit a collectPii request to Adobe Campaign S... - Adobe Experience Platform SDKs 12-02-2021
AEP Mobile SDK privacy service deletes all data when set to OPT_OUT, however this is also used to collect consent for push permissions for ACS thereby creating a situation where you have a targetable application in ACS with no means to update consent via the app directly to ACS via collectPii etc. According to our tests, it's currently impossible to update consent in ACS to be false using collectPii prior to setting Privacy = OPT_OUT. Placing these requests in sequence still results in the later...

Re: Mobile Properties created in Adobe Experience Launch... - Adobe Campaign Standard 10-02-2021
You need to run a technical workflow to see the app in ACS. It should be scheduled to run every 15 minutes but the workflow may not be started.Workflow is called syncWithLaunchAfter that, if you can't see the app in the dropdown when creating a push it's because you need at least one application certificate/token in the app config.

Re: Privacy service set to OPT_OUT doesn’t invoke anythin... - Adobe Experience Platform SDKs 28-01-2021
Thanks for the clarification. I don't think the logic for this is correct. Once the ECID is cleared then no further updates can be made to Adobe Campaign, therefore the application is still contactable in Adobe Campaign, but we lose the ability to capture any data about it, including permissions. When we don't respond to user permissions (such as don't contact me in preferences outside of control panel), or if other collected data are used to personalize or target messages, then there could be i...

Re: Can't seem to set the Mobile App on a Push delivery t... - Adobe Campaign Standard 27-01-2021
This has been accepted as a bug by Adobe. You can duplicate an OOB push template and configure with mobile app etc. When you come to use the template to create a push, the Associate a mobile App to a delivery is not inherited from the push templateWhen you go back to the push template the dropdown has disappeared from the UI

Re: Security using Profile to store attributes - Adobe Experience Platform SDKs 27-01-2021
Your last paragraph was the answer I was looking for thank you. It's for beyond standard privacy and into (equally standard) permissions. I was hoping the Profile attributes store available within the Mobile SDK would have encryption. https://aep-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/using-mobile-extensions/profile
