@jaredho no resolution. I submitted a support ticket back in June 30,
and it's still outstanding. Support wasn't able to get me an answer, and
it seems no-one internally from Adobe knows how it is meant to work.
Yes, that's the current list of available dimensions. If it cannot be
expanded, then it does limit it's ability to function as a holistic
analytic/reporting environment. The reporting in ACS isn't reliable, and
Analytics doesn't have all the data. Guess it's external solutions.
I'm not sure you're understanding the question, or I'm missing
something. Email Rendering is done at the test phase of an email, and
isn't needed for an actual campaign send. So it doesn't know the
recipients. So how does that help in a report to identify actually
received emails to our customers and identifying email client data at
the customers end?
