Hi @vmaddikunta,It seems that your account doesn't have the Product Admin access to Analytics. All the Analytics admins get the checkbox "Show All Scheduled Reports" as shown below. So, suggest you to go to URL: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ & then navigate to Users tab to get the Product Admin access to Analytics. In case, if you are not able to access this link then you will need to check with the System Admins in your organization to get the Product Admin access to Analytics.Hope this helps...

Hi Abhinav, I was facing similar problem. I have created new profiles for few external users but they are not able to access those profiles.However, I could see that in permissions there are no metrics or dimensions which are available in this profile. Do we need to share those as well?My concern was if we share the metrics and dimensions, those users shouldn't get access to overall business data. We have put a overall segment at profile level. Please suggest.
